SLI ACADEMY TRAINING SCHEDULE
This schedule is a proven process. It is important to follow the sequence of these steps to provide the best path to understanding proper swing mechanics. It’s not recommended to skip any of the step. We will provide you with the ultimate capability of adapting the correct swing mechanics to your individual swing mechanics. You will be provided with a pre-and post technical process that will give you important data on your swing.

| 08:00 – 08:30 | Arrive and register. Videotaped and personal measurements (bat speed and exit speed). Individual analysis of your swing with the videotape of your swing in the morning and afternoon to be compared at end of day. Other players spend time warming up. |
| 08:30 – 09:00 | Welcome/overview of the academy. |
| 09:00 – 10:30 | Swing Mechanics explained/Hands on/drills. |
| 10:30 – 11:00 | Tee explained and demonstrated. How to use properly and use effectively. Practice time hitting off of the tee. |
| 11:30 – 01:30 | Lunch. Individual videotaping discussed and explained. Practice swings with pitching machines and live pitching. Rotate through tee, pitching machine and live pitching. Individual analysis of swing plus utilization of Drills Best Bat Procedure. |
| 01:30 – 02:00 | Final questions, data review and closing. |
